Order Delivery Procedures

After completing an order, a confirmation page will appear, displaying the order number, a breakdown of the SKUs, and any payment instructions if real-time payment options weren’t used. An option to activate the customer’s account on our website will also be available.

The customer will receive two emails immediately. The first will be an activation email prompting them to register their account. The second will be an order confirmation email containing the Tax Invoice and a PDF copy.

Once the consignment is generated and the shipping manifest is submitted, the customer will receive an email with dispatch notification and the tracking number.

Production & Delivery Time:

The estimated delivery time for a standard order is 10 working days from the order date. Orders requiring special parts or customization may take additional production time, which can vary depending on the order size and may take up to 3 weeks.

Return Policy

If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, you may be eligible for a refund. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@graduationplaqueandmore.com.au. Your order must be returned to us within 14 days of delivery. Please note, the cost of returning the order is not covered by us.

Refunds, exchanges, or repairs can be requested under the following circumstances:

• The goods differ from the description provided at the time of order.
• The goods are damaged during transport.

Refunds are not provided for:

• Change of mind or if you no longer want the goods.
• Finding a cheaper price for the same item elsewhere.
• Incorrect size or style.
• Spelling or layout errors (see below for details).

Spelling and Layout Errors:

• For engraving on trophies, spelling is provided by you and is not proofed. We are not responsible for any misspelled words.
• For corporate awards, we send a digital proof of the award’s layout and wording before engraving. The proof must be reviewed and approved in writing. Once approved, we are not responsible for any errors on your part.

Refund Process:

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of its receipt. We will inform you of the refund status after inspection.

To ensure a smooth refund process, please follow these instructions:

• Returns must be received within 14 days of delivery.
• All returns must be sent with proof of postage. Refunds cannot be processed without proof of postage.
• The items must be returned in their original condition, including packaging.
• We do not charge restocking or handling fees.
• Initial shipping costs are non-refundable.

Shipping Costs for Returns:

We will refund the cost of the items in your order, but shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refund Processing Time:

Refunds will be processed within 14 days and will be credited to the original payment method.
